Q: Will TowerBelt pinch me?
A: Nope! If TowerBelt pinches you, you're probably wearing it incorrectly. If you experience pinching either you are wearing it too tight or you are slouching your shoulders into TowerBelt too much. Loosen the straps to your comfort level and pull those shoulders back. TowerBelt should feel just right.
Q: When should I wear TowerBelt?
A: We recommend wearing TowerBelt especially in those times where you feel you're slouching the most. This may include during the office hours, binge watching at home, cooking, reading, sweeping, walking or using any gadgets or devices.
Q: Does TowerBelt weaken the muscles?
A: No way. TowerBelt is specially designed to be gentle and super adjustable, and boost your muscle memory.
Q: How long will I need to wear TowerBelt?
A: It's very individual. Most of our customers tell us that it took them 1-2 weeks (it also depends on how much time you're wearing it each day).
Your body will not be used to the new posture, so it will take time. Stop wearing it as soon as it becomes uncomfortable.
We recommend to start with 20 minutes a day, and gradually increase the time by 15 minutes each day. However, we have customers that started wearing it for 7-8 hours after a couple of days while going to work and felt great.
There isn't 1 way to wear TowerBelt. As long as you're feeling comfortable, you can keep wearing it.
Q: Should I be wearing it while sleeping?
A: We don't recommend wearing it while sleeping.
Q: When do I stop wearing TowerBelt?
A: In time with muscle memory your body will begin to hold the correct posture without the need for additional support. Once you feel like your posture is corrected, you’ll only need to wear it again if you ever feel yourself beginning to slouch again. TowerBelt is a lifelong friend!
Q: Can I purchase multiple products in a single order?
A: Yes! You can choose as many item(s) as you want, just click "Add to Cart" and go back to the product page you are interested in and click "Add to Cart" on that item as well before proceeding to "Enter Shipping Address" to finalize your order.
Q: How do I know that my order is confirmed?
A: Immediately after placing your order you should receive an email notification at the email you entered during the checkout process. Also if you have provided a mobile phone number you will receive notification text messages confirming your order and tracking information.
Q: My order won't go through, what should I do?
A: You’re so close to having the perfect posture corrector headed to you, and then the order won’t submit! It’s the worst feeling. If you’re still receiving an error message after checking over your credit card information, billing and shipping address, make sure you’re using the latest version of your web browser. Whatever you do, only click the "Place Order" button once… we would hate for your card to be authorized more than once by mistake!

Q: Where is my order confirmation?
A: As soon as your order is submitted, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order. If, for some reason, you didn’t get an email, please check your spam folder and add email@example.com to your safe sender list.
Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?
A: 99% of the time, it takes 7-30 days for the posture corrector to arrive to the customer's house. All orders are shipped with the tracking number so you can track it every step of the way! Occasionally, packages may be faced with delays beyond our control such as customs or postal delays.
Q: How do I track my posture corrector?

Q: Is it possible that I get charged twice?
A: We know what a scary feeling that is! Luckily, your card should only be charged once when your order is submitted.
If you just placed your order, what you are seeing on your bank account is an authorization. This is a common bank practice handling debit/credit card transactions to ensure sufficient funds and account authenticity. This authorization will clear (depending on your bank, usually within 48 - 72 hours.) If you need help speeding up the process, you can contact the issuing bank of your debit/credit card.

Q: I get an error message when I enter my shipping and billing addresses. What’s going on?
A: Error messages are so pesky, aren’t they? If you are receiving one, there may be a problem with your credit card information, billing or shipping address. The billing address has to match exactly what your bank has on file. Double check all of your information closely and look for any typos. Sometimes re-formatting the names and addresses in your billing information does the trick!
